We had an issue with our house not cooling as it should. Called these guys and they sent out a technician the next day to assess the issue and within a few days, Sean and Luke were here to do a complete install of the unit in the attic and they were in and out of here within 2 hours! Great service and also great communication along the way as well! Highly recommend John Davis!

I called at 1:00pm about our AC not operating. I was given a window of a 2-4pm appt. Approximately 15 minutes later, I received a text that a technician would be arriving in 45 minutes. DeWayne arrived at 1:50pm. He is very courteous and provided excellent customer service throughout the appt. DeWayne is very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to occur. He answered all of my questions. Not only did he solve our problem, I signed up for the annual service maintenance plan so that any future issues could be addressed. I would highly recommend this company and DeWayne is definitely an asset to this organization.

AC drain line was clogged. Called John Davis and they came out the next morning and got everything cleaned out and inspected my units to ensure everything was working properly. Great service. Would highly recommend.

John Davis has been the only company to service my system since 2018. Fixed issues left by builder and normal maintenance. Got my unit working asap on a Saturday when it was in the 90's and AC was down. Technically solid workers and very reasonable rates for service and parts.

My air conditioner stopped working yesterday, I called several companies and John Davis Heating and Air said they could be here within several hours. Their update about the technicians (River) time of arrival was awesome. River arrived and checked my ac & furnace. Turned out to be my condenser, he replaced it and cold air is blowing once again. I truly recommend John Davis and his crew! Very satisfied.
