The technician was great. He showed up on time and fully explained what he was looking at that may be causing my issue. He discovered that the wires in the service panel were singed and needed replacing. He was able to get everything replaced and back again in a few hours.

HUGE shout out to John Davis Heating and Air!! Thursday late afternoon heat stopped heating - these guys were here Friday at 8:00am to check out the problem!! The whole system was shot! It was a 2005 unit, so not completely shocked. They arrived this morning and we are already up and running! Now, THAT is SERVICE!!

We have had such a good experience with John Davis . We have the yearly package and someone comes out twice a year to check on ac and heat. Totally recommend. Any of their guys that have come to the house are so respectful and kind. They put on their booties to not track dirt and do a great thorough check, communicate well all of it. Cant say better things!

I had a fantastic experience with John Davis Heating & Air. My HVAC stopped working, and they were able to come out the same day I called! It turned out to be a dead fan motor. The technician was fast, efficient, and very friendly throughout the process. I was also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing for such a quick repair. I needed a service call on my unit that just failed the night before. My first contract with John Davis HVAC Company was a chance encounter at a Racetrack. I approached the technician sitting in his truck and he introduced himself as River. He was very polite and made a real impression. I called the office for an appointment and the gentleman answered the phone was very professional and had a truck in my driveway in about an hour. The technician on my call was Santiago and he too was very professional and courteous. Had my problem resolved in about 45 minutes. Amazing company with incredible people George Smith

We purchased a new Amana R32 15.3 Seer HVAC variable speed system from John Davis Heating & Air. Sean and Luke did a very professional installation yesterday. They have been a team for many years and work together seamlessly. They kept me in the loop the whole time and answered all of my questions in detail. We have had 2 other Amana systems over many years and two houses, this last one was 40 years old but ran great until the end with very few issues. But it was time to replace it as some issues were arising more often. We chose John Davis because so many of the local HVAC companies have gone corporate and they are focused entirely on sales at all cost rather than service. John Davis is still locally owned and we found great reviews on line for them John Davis came in with a reasonable price and it has the Amana lifetime heat exchange and AC compressor warranty. It is also the only system I could find that uses the more efficient and widely accessible R32 freon. We are looking forward to working with John Davis in the future, mainly for regular maintenance, as we are hoping and expecting this system to meet the performance of its predecessors.

Personable, reliable and professional

The team arrived early and my mothers furnace removed and replaced in a couple of hours. All techs were very professional and walked me through the process. Great communication with the front office if I had any questions. Im glad that we chose the John Davis team for our repairs.

Called these guys and they sent out a technician the next day to assess the issue and within a few days, Sean and Luke were here to do a complete install of the unit in the attic and they were in and out of here within 2 hours! I called at 1:00pm about our AC not operating. I was given a window of a 2-4pm appt. Approximately 15 minutes later, I received a text that a technician would be arriving in 45 minutes. DeWayne arrived at 1:50pm. He is very courteous and provided excellent customer service throughout the appt. DeWayne is very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to occur. He answered all of my questions. Not only did he solve our problem, I signed up for the annual service maintenance plan so that any future issues could be addressed. AC drain line was clogged. Called John Davis and they came out the next morning and got everything cleaned out and inspected my units to ensure everything was working properly. Great service. Would highly recommend.
